in the United States and Europe. Gerhard Andlinger started the firm in 1976 and Andlinger & Company became an early participant in the purchase of leveraged corporate divestitures. Our pursuit of turnaround targets established our reputation and our focus on operations. Our team has completed over 70 transactions. Andlinger & Company is in the business of building enduring profitability for the businesses we acquire.
